A fluttering lovely, the Noelle Blouse from Fall '24 is made from our signature cotton poplin and layered with ruffles that’s adorned with intricate details. This ethereal top has a high neckline with ruffles and a delicate ties for closure, and a romantic layer of ruffles at the flowy sleeves. Finished with a soft elastic at the cuff.
